Our colleague Sébastien Vallée has risen to his challenge on August 3rd: improving his performance in his second participation in the Triathlon BFI Terrebonne. He has indeed completed the race in 1 hour and 29 minutes, or 89 minutes. You think it is easy? A sport growing in popularity, triathlon is a continuous sequence of three disciplines: swimming-cycling-running. BFI Terrebonne version: a total of 25 km and 750 meters. There is no time to catch a break between each trial: the chronometer is still running. Perseverance and the desire to push oneself are needed. Luckily, Sébastien has plenty in work and in his leisure activities. The entire team of REALTA is very proud.
