Since becoming a real estate broker in 1995, his career has grown from strength to strength.<\/p>\r\n<p>From simple agent to licensed broker, Fran\u00e7ois was among the first to create his own team under the RE\/ MAX banner before founding REALTA. His modern vision for the industry prompted him to found the company and surround himself with a team of like-minded brokers who were equally committed, competent and personable. Fran\u00e7ois is a man of action and vision. He\u2019s also a leader that\u2019s highly esteemed by his peers. His commitment to elevating and promoting the profession of real estate broker has set him apart.<\/p>\r\n<p>He sat on the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board for a decade and later became its president. He also chaired the board of the Coll\u00e8ge de l\u2019immobilier.<\/p>\r\n<p>And his professional career has been marked by numerous prestigious awards and recognitions. When he hit 40, his passion for real estate took him in a whole new direction: He purchased his first RE\/MAX franchise in the Laurentians town of Saint-Sauveur.<\/p>\r\n<p>In just a few short years, his single franchise had grown to six, making it the 4th largest RE\/MAX agency in Qu\u00e9bec. By the time he left the company in 2021 following its sale, his agency was the #1 ranked RE\/MAX franchise in the province for cumulative transactions. In fact, the franchisor won this same award in 2018, 2019 and 2020!<\/p>\r\n<p>To reach such heights, Louis-Charles took risks: \u201cYou need to if you want to be successful, but you also need to know how to calculate the risks and keep your cool. Above all, being an entrepreneur requires a lot of passion and a long-term vision.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p>Being the sporty, avid-traveller type, challenges do not faze Louis-Charles. She joined Fran\u00e7ois Bissonnette\u2019s team and then went on to help found REALTA in 2008.<\/p>\r\n<p>Her career has always centred on sales, marketing and high-level customer service. In her role as a broker, Anne-Marie excels at developing sales and marketing strategies.
