To be eligible to enter, participants must entrust the sale or purchase of their residential property to Realta and complete the transaction between January 1 and December 31, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRealta wants to continue distinguishing itself from competitors through our innovative approach and proximity to our clients,\u201d explains Fran\u00e7ois Bissonnette, REALTA\u2019s president. \u201cNot only have we been pioneers with these contests, but each year they offer something new.
